It’s the age old question - which parent does the child look like? From the minute I saw my sweet girl, I knew she was the spitting image of her daddy! For a while, I began to think I didn’t have a thing to do with her creation!
Now when I compare all three baby photos side by side, I see resemblance of both Eric and I in Claire. She definitely has his chin, but the eyes are all mine.
What do you think??

Well, I think that I almost started crying when I saw that baby pic of Eric. I remember that shot like it was yesterday. How did that happen? I think that Claire is a perfect example of both her parents…as it should be. She is a gift from heaven to two very loving people….and an extended family who can’t wait to hold her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK Eric…that stubbornness comment sounds just like something that Robert would say. Ornery thing! I’ll vote that Claire looks exactly like Eric except for her eyes. Sorry Colleen…I’m in the exact same boat with Caleigh. Caleigh looked a lot like me as a newborn, but now she looks more like Robert. Maybe as Claire gets older, she’ll start looking more like Colleen. Speaking of Caleigh, she loved the latest video clips of Claire and was glued to the screen as I played the slideshow of Claire’s newborn pictures. We also have Claire’s baby announcement and magnet on our fridge right at Caleigh’s eye level. I think Claire has reached celebrity status with Caleigh…right up there with Barney and Mickey Mouse.

From LeLe’s perspective, Miss Claire looks mostly like her Daddy! It does appear, however, that the eyes belong to her Mama! Good lookin’ kid if I say so myself!

yup…she has your eyes. me and mom were watching the dvd and that was the first think i said was that she had your eyes.
