News Updates: Claire’s lower right tooth came in, making a total of 8. Also, she can clap! She’s been banging objects together for quite a while, but last Friday she finally started clapping her little hands together. I think it’s the cutest thing ever! Hoping to get a good video of it soon. In the meantime, enjoy the ones below!
Our Little Indian
Claire loves to make the Indian call, either by herself with the back of her hand or with a little help from mommy or daddy. Here she is showing off her new talent, with a big smile and silly laugh for mommy at the end!
Laptops are so much fun
Claire is fascinated with our computers, specifically the keyboards. Below is a rare moment when Claire is actually allowed to play on daddy’s laptop. She shows her gratitude with some more Indian noises!
Go Horsey!
Bouncing on daddy’s lap while he makes silly fight song noises is a favorite pastime of Miss Claire’s. The only problem? When the “horsey” stops! More, daddy, more!
Silly girl
Our church softball league has started back up again and Eric plays most every Monday night. Right next to the field is a wonderful playground where me and the little booger get to play for an hour or so. Claire loves this time and is usually pretty animated. There is a little bit of everything in this clip…Claire saying “Hi”, dancing and playing peek-a-boo!
Dadadadada!
Claire loves to climb, especially over mommy and daddy. She’s also started blabbing in this high-pitched, quiet little voice. Here she is giving her daddy hugs and telling us just how much she loves him (as she crawls all over him).
